What could cause my steering wheel to wobble when I brake?

My friend said it could be my stabilizer bar or something. It only happens when I brake after going at a decent speed (normally on the highway going 50+ MPH). The steering wheel wobbles back and forth and sort of vibrates. It just happened the first time last night and scared the crap out of me. Also, if you suggest what it could be, please let me know about what I can expect to pay for it to be fixed. It's a 2003 Eclipse Spyder. Thanks!

Why so much phlegm in my throat?

When I talk a lot, I have to clear my throat because I start to rasp. And I have to swallow the phlegm again so it doesn't clog up my throat again. My mother says I was born with the problem of blowing my nose often, (along with my sister who also has a lot of phlegm in her throat but has to blow her nose much more commonly.) Explanation, anyone? I would also like to know how to get rid of this pesky problem.

Been taking 30 mg Cymbalta and 20 mg Adderal XR daily... not getting expected results?

I'm diagnosed with ADHD Fibromyalgia and Depression, and have been taking these meds for well over 5 months now. I am groggy, tired, not focused, kind of bummed out, no energy to do anything but sit on my a$$ and have an immense urge to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes. It's crazy, I hate it, I want it to end. Has anyone here been diagnosed with the combination of these 2 disorders and what has helped you? I was thinking about asking my doc to bump my Cymbalta dosage to 60 mg, because it's just not doing the trick. I want to feel genuine happiness again and it just doesn't seem to be happening. Has anyone here tried anything different that actually worked? And is there anything else you did other than meds that helped as well? (such as exercise, meditation, herbal supplements, etc). Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Age Limit for Permanent Residency application in Australia..?

My friend who is now 47 y.o. is considering applying for a PR in a couple of months. However, it is mentioned in the immigration requirement that the age limit is 45 years old. I informed him that, but he told me that there is an exemption to this rule...I just would like to know what is that exemption as he would be on a false hope if he thinks that he will still be qualified for a PR.
