Why don't people deal with the fact the doctors deserve to make a lot of money?

My dad is a doctor, and because of it he has been through a lot. He was teased so much until he go into undergrad college. He had been bullied all his life, later on my medical teachers and doctors who teach medical students. HE has faced so much depression and burnouts( which medical students face a lot of), and that is just bullying. Do you now how much competition there is to become a doctor, yu give up your best years of life to study, and have the fear that if you do something wrong and fail the next step to becoming a doctor, you have done the past for nothing. Then, you become one, only to get things worse. You have to pay for a bazillion different things thought your practice(okay this one does not count cause doctors still make a lot after that) but still.
