What advice would you give to President elect Obama in dealing with the current problems facing our country?

I would recommend legalizing marijuana. It would reduce law enforcement and incarceration expenses for non-violent offenders. The government could get substantial revenue from taxing it. And it would be easier to keep it out of the hands of our children since store clerks actually check ID's.
