I am concerned about how often I can safely take the 4mg dosepak of methylprednisolone..?

I have chronic sinus problems..drainage, coughing, stuffy nose, no taste, no smell...When I take this med, I have almost instant relief that lasts about 2 months & then the symptoms start all over again...HELP!
