Did the Bush Administration help schedule Saddam's execution?

Everyone knows that one reason Bush went in to Iraq was to get Saddam. "String him up!" was the message, and though an Iraqi Court sentenced him, Bush and Cheney were the Marshals who went there to "bring him back dead or alive." Bush cannot play Pontius Pilate and wash his hands of responsibility. Instead, Bush is more like Macbeth who could never get the blood to come off. The story of Iraq has been bloody from the start, and no amount of splitting hairs, or scrubbing, will get the stains off our nations clothes.
