Do people still listen to death metal?

like real death metal not deathcore cause i listein to dm and dc but i barely see any concerts in my area. i do live in hilllbilly hell tho so maybe they dont come here. but not death metal legands like cannible corpse, naplsm death older bands like that but like new death metal bands
