You seem like an alright guy, you're biggest problem is you seem really shy. When you're really shy a girl can't get to know you. Some girls like the guy to make the first move, others don't. Something that may help you is to make more friends a person can never have too many of those. Also, don't be too self conscious about not having a girlfriend, simply because maybe you see dating differently than guys around you. Keep your chin up, you'll find someone worth the relationship.
