Has ism become reality?

sometimes is not actually ism, as ism is a behavior/belief. sometimes there are facts that there are differences. show me a woman who can do the exact same job a man can when it comes to jobs like firefighting, serving in the armed forces (combat etc), anything which requires physical strenght over every other consideration for the job. they can't in many cases, so we lower the satandards to get the job, for women, and then danger ensues.this isn't ist if the standards are held in placce, it's common sense, which we no longer practice. so no, ism is not only on the way out, so is safety and many other concers.
