Is this possible.?

I think that I keep asking the same thing in so many different ways... But I think the my Husband is have PG symptoms.. He can drink out of certain cups cause he said that they smell like wet dogs.. he is craving stupid food... Like he was eating Cheese nachos and Top Ramon noodles... so my question is , is this possible... and who has had it happen to them as well...
