Why can't Frankenstein tell anyone why he blames himself for the deaths of William, Justine, and Henry ?

either because people wont believe him (he was away when the died and if he says he built a monster, thats pretty unlikely too), also if they did then he would be imprisoned and then the monster could conitnue killing and he could do nothing about it
