Have you ever seen a ghost? What did they look like?

So people describe all kinds of ghosts but I've never heard anyone describe like a cavemen ghost, or hunter and gatherer ghost. What do you think happened to their souls? They didn't become ghosts? Why not? Did they move on somewhere else? Sorry, I don't mean to ask a billion questions.
