Another stage of Baby Fever?

The last time this happened was about a year ago so I bought a baby doll and named her Lorelei (used to watch a lot of the Gilmore Girls at the time). Now it's a year later and I bought a dress for my "niece", friend's daughter", and it's kicking in again. Except for I lost Lorelei and have no money to go buy another doll like the one before. I'd never want to bring a child in the world right now but I Do need something to get through the stage this time. What would you suggest?
