Enhancement Products?

In the past 7 months i have had a baby and lost 80 pounds. after all of that i am very unhappy with my . surgery is not an option for me right now so in the mean time i was wondering if anyone has tried and enhancement pills, creams, or bra inserts that worked for them or didn't work.
