FMO- Should we unplug the fridge or do they do everything?

FMO comes tomorrow to pick up our dryer, Wardrobes cabinets, & Fridge. Do we unplug it for them the night before to let it deforst and everything or do they just take it as is and I guess defrost it later on their own time?
