How can my older brother find a good girl to date?

My brother is a normal guy. He is funny and genuine. He has a great job with which he makes great money. He loves to sail, to eat good food, and he loves his alma mater, Penn State. He is 31 years old. He owns two houses so far, and will buy many more in the coming years. All of his girlfriends seem normal at first, but then end up turning CRAZY. He lives in Rochester, New York, and I keep telling him that he needs to get out of upstate if he ever wants to meet quality people. What can he do in Rochester (or after he moves) to find a good girl that isn't boring or crazy? All the advice I give him seems to be cliche. Any creative ideas?
