How much water should I use?

I am trying to determine the total dissolved solutes (TDS) in different brands of bottled water. I am doing a gravimetric ysis, where I boil off the water and then m the solutes that remain. I am using an ytical balance to m the solutes, so it's fairly precise. How much water should I use in order to see results?
