I need a list of former White House staff between the 70 and 2000?10 POINTS BEST ANSWER!!!?

I know a lady who says she worked in the White house and did negotiations with the Middle East about oil and stuff like that.She says she has a picture of her with Reagan so I think it was around that time.And I know Reagan's term was over in 89 and not 2000 but I wanna be sure.Her first name is Celine(I think thats how its spelled) I can't find a site with a complete list of all white house staff. and I can't tell if this lady is telling the truth so please help!!
