Psp Iso/Cso question(again)?

I'm currently downloading something on Bittorrent,Burnout Legends.cso...I'm wondering howcome its only 265mb while another game i downloaded,Xmen Legends.iso is 787.mb?Are all iso's larger than cso's,or is it because the game i'm currently downloading isn't completed or something?
