Rare Confederate Flag question:?

I live in South Texas, and recently I saw a flag vendor selling a flag that I have never seen. It reminded me of some of the Southern states (Georgia, Mississippi, ect) in the sense that it had the regular Texas flag, but then a little 1 foot extension on the end of it, the Confederate Battle flag. I have never seen it before; does anyone know what it is called, is it real, and where can I find pictures of it on the internet? Thanks.
