Where can I find info on multiculturalism or women's rights that involves Canada and is from the 1970's?

I don't think there was much happening in Canada in the Seventies. You might dig something up on Margaret Trudeau slutting it up at Studio 54, and/or something about Greenpeace. Canada didn't get abortion until the 80's. They got the Metric System in the Seventies-could that be considered multicultural?
