How can I get a small piece out of my headphone jack on my computer?

I mistakenly pulled my headphones out w/ force and the end piece that sticks out into the plug got stuck in there! PLEASE HELP! now my computer doesn't have sound!! give any advice you can, It's all appreciated! thank you!
