Lower abdominal pain. What could be wrong?

There's a little tiny pain in my lower abdomen. It just started today. It's a dull pain so it doesn't really hurt. It doesn't hurt all the time. It's in the area you'd get cramps. I don't think it's cramps bcs i just had a period a couple weeks ago. (i counted 16 days ago) I read some thing on ovarian cancer it was talking about urgency to pee & UTI. Well i did have a UTI but i just thought it was bcs i wasn't very sanitary one day at all when it comes to wiping myself after going number 2 (then i was told i had a UTI a couple days after that). The pain is more apparent when i had to pee. I wouldn't say there's any pressure. I don't feel anything or any pain when i touch that area. I'm really scared it's ovarian cancer. I'm only 18 & i haven't had kids yet :(:(:(
