Hannah Montana- Aunt Dolly and Mamaw?

On Hannah Montana, there's an episode where Aunt Dolly and her "mamaw" (grandmother) are fighting. Is her Aunt Dolly her great aunt, making her and her grandmother sisters, or what? It wouldn't make sense if she was just her aunt.
